23 weeks

My little darling bundle of entertainment has decided that she loves to use her voice. She will babble or scream without any notice. Including when you go in during her nap when she wakes up and you are going to give her a paci to put her back to sleep to finish the nap. She will smile and "talk" to you and try with all of her cuteness to get you to pick her up. Darnit she is so cute, its hard to walk out. But a baby needs her beauty sleep.

Speaking of sleeping, this little sleeping beauty is sleeping 3 x a day for naps about 2 hours at a time. Though her last nap of the day is becoming shorter and shorter. She is always up by 5:30pm and ready for her dinner, playtime and bath! She eats her oatmeal and veggies and loves them.

Emmie is using her legs alot but still has yet to try and sit on her own. I guess we all learn to sit one day. It will be nice when she learns to sit on her own so that she doesn't have to be in that carseat when we go out to eat.

Have you seen Big Easy Brides on We TV? Ok um being from New Orleans these "brides" make us normal neworleanians look like trash. Can't they just do a normal show from NOLA? Like show the real people! We aren't all crazy drunks with bad accents!

I hear my little Hoot Owl in her bed, not taking her nap, talking to her Ell-E-font I guess. Please lord don't let us ever lose Ell-E, if we do none of us may get any sleep.

Oh and bundle of joy is rolling rolling rolling across the floor and starting to bounce in the jumper. I think one day soon we will see some jumping!
